I love breakfast food. I love eggs and bacon and sausage and toast and cereal and pancakes and french toast and waffles. I even love eggs benedict.
My favorite breakfast from McDonald's is a sausage McMuffin with egg. My favorite pancakes are made by my husband. My favorite scrambled eggs are made by myself. My favorite place to get breakfast food is Cracker Barrel. I love biscuits with butter and honey. I love toast with peanut butter and jelly. I love eggs with just salt or American cheese. I love bagels with cream cheese. I love hash browns of all kinds.
I love cereal with milk, and my favorites (which rotate frequently) are: For actual breakfast: Life, Raisin Bran, Oatmeal Squares, Shredded Wheat, Smart Start, and Multigrain Cheerios. For snacks: Fruity Pebbles, Lucky Charms, Corn Pops. For cereal, I like to let it sit in the milk until it's soggy (not a big fan of Cap'n Crunch and the way it tears up the roof of my mouth).
I love breakfast at breakfast time. I love breakfast at dinner time. I love breakfast as snacks. Is it strange that I don't like breakfast for lunch?

I think it's freaky that you like your cereal to get soggy. For me it's a race to eat it before the crunch is gone!
I'm not such a fan of breakfast foods. I mean, they're good, but I pretty much want them just for breakfast, or, in the case of cereal, late at night for a snack.
I really like how you explored your obsession with breakfast foods. I never even think about doing posts like this because I'm too busy bitching about my horrible life. This gives me some ideas!
I love breakfast foods too!! Any of them. I am looking forward to being able to eat them again! My favorite has to be the standard country breakfast--scrambled eggs with possibly mushrooms, peppers and onions with melted cheddar or moz cheeze. Hashbrowns--or some sort of fried potatoe. Sometimes I like good old wheat toast with jam. Sometimes I like pancakes or a muffin...some sort of yummie carb. Just over the last couple of years I have learned that I love omlettes. My husband makes an awesome omlette because he use to work at a Country Kitchen a number of years ago.
I love cereal-for breakfast or a late night snack. My standard, fiber filled has been Rasin Bran--I just recently have gotten to like it without sugar...I think that is a Weight Watchers left over. But I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Golden Grahams, Life, a varieties of granola--I am looking forward to having a bowl of cereal probably in about 2 weeks.
Thanks for doing this post. I need to start thinking about things I enjoy more often as well...this may prompt some other thoughts for me!
